What would my department pay?
$62.50per month
25 members × $2.50 a month, or $750 over a year. Includes the Chief and co-admins. People you've invited aren't billed until they join. Taxes not included.
How billing works
30-day free trial
A card is needed to start. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Pay for who's joined
Adding a member raises the bill right away, prorated. Removed members drop off at the next renewal.
Who manages billing
The Chief, or one co-admin the Chief chooses. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Switch plans
Move between monthly and annual from billing settings. Switching during the trial keeps the trial.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps working for 14 days while we send reminders. After that the department is locked until billing is fixed.
If you cancel
Access continues to the end of the paid period. Then the department is locked and its data is kept. Admins can download it, and restoring billing brings everything back.
